Best steak I've ever had

As soon as I took my steaks out of their wrapping I knew it was going to be amazing. No fat veins throughout it. Then I cooked the steaks in a garlic, oyster sauce and butter. It melted in your mouth. By fare the best steak I've ever had.

Delicious

Lovely grass fed Scotchies cooked simply on a ridge grill with nothing but salt, pepper & a bit of oil
